1. How do I create an account?

Creating a GARD PRO account is simple and gives you access to order tracking, purchase history, and faster checkout.

Here’s how to create your account:

  1. Go to our homepage: www.gardpro.com

  2. Click on the profile icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select “Create Account”.

  4. Fill in your name, email address, and choose a secure password.

  5. Click “Create” — and you're all set!

📩 After registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Make sure to check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive right away.


2. Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders quickly, so making changes is only possible before your item is shipped.

✅ To cancel or change your order:

  • Contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

  • Provide your order number and the changes you’d like to make (e.g. cancel, change product, update address).

Important notes:

  • If your order has already shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

  • In that case, you may need to return the item once it arrives. See our Return Policy for more information.


3. How do I reset my password or update my email?

🔐 Reset your password:

  1. Go to the login page.

  2. Click “Forgot password?”

  3. Enter your email and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.

📧 To update your email address:

Unfortunately, email addresses cannot be changed manually through your account.

Include your old email, new email, and order number (if applicable) — and we’ll update it for you.
