If the package is still in our system, we’ll update the shipping details for you before dispatch.
🚚 If Your Order Has Already Shipped
If your order has already left our warehouse, it is unfortunately no longer possible for us to change the address on your behalf.
In this case, you must contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Most of our logistics partners (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) offer rerouting options or allow you to choose an alternative delivery time or pickup point via their website.
