🛡️ GARD PRO Warranty Policy

At GARD PRO, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a two-year limited warranty on all smartwatches, starting from the original date of purchase.


📅 Warranty Coverage Period

  • Duration: 2 years from the date of purchase

  • Who is covered: The original purchaser only (non-transferable)


✅ What’s Covered

If your smartwatch is found to be defective or does not function as advertised during the warranty period, GARD PRO will:

  • Repair the product

  • Or replace it with a new or refurbished unit of the same model

  • At no additional cost to you for parts or labor


❌ What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse or mishandling

  • Water damage (outside standard waterproof rating)

  • Impact or fall damage

  • Cosmetic wear (e.g. scratches, cracks not due to manufacturer fault)

  • Products without proof of purchase


📝 How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Prepare Required Information

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

    • Photos or description of the issue

  2. Contact GARD PRO Customer Service

    • Reach out via our help center

    • Explain the issue and submit required documents

  3. Follow Return Instructions

    • If the product needs to be inspected or repaired, you may be asked to return it

    • Shipping costs for returning the item are the customer’s responsibility

  4. Receive Your Resolution

    • If approved, your watch will be repaired or replaced

    • Replacements may be new or refurbished, depending on availability

    • Repaired products will be returned in good working condition
