🏃 Start and Track Your Workouts with GARD PRO

Want to start your workouts with custom goals and easily monitor your progress? With the GARD PRO smartwatch and the GloryFitPro app, it’s simple and effective.


📱 Start a Workout from Your Smartwatch

  1. Open the GloryFitPro app on your smartphone.

  2. Go to 'Training' by swiping right in the main menu.

  3. Select your activity from the list of available sports.

  4. Tap ‘Start’ (play icon) to begin your workout.

  5. End your activity by swiping right again and tapping the stop button.

  6. Review your results in the app under the ‘Sport’ tab.

During your session, the GARD PRO tracks:

  • ⏱️ Duration of the workout

  • ❤️ Current heart rate in real-time

  • 🔥 Calories burned


📊 Detailed Workout Insights & Route Tracking

For a more in-depth view of your performance, including routes and advanced statistics, start your workout directly from the GloryFitPro app:

  1. Open the GloryFitPro app

  2. Tap ‘Sport’ in the main menu

  3. Add your favorite activities (up to 4) by tapping the plus (+) icon for quick access

  4. Tap ‘GO’ to begin your workout

  5. Stop your session when finished

  6. View your stats under the selected sport

  7. Tap the monthly distance overview in the center of the screen for a full summary

You’ll be able to review:

Movement Overview:

  • 🗺️ Route on map

  • 👣 Total steps taken

  • ⏱️ Total duration

  • 🕒 Minutes per kilometer

  • 🔥 Calories burned

Details:

  • 🕒 Average pace per kilometer

  • ❤️ Average heart rate

Graphs:

  • 📈 Speed per kilometer/hour

  • ❤️ Heart rate graph throughout your workout


🎯 Train with Your Own Goals

Want to make your workouts more effective by setting personal targets? The GARD PRO makes it easy:

  1. Open the GloryFitPro app

  2. Navigate to the 'Sport' section

  3. Tap the goal icon to the left of the ‘GO’ button

  4. Set your custom goals by:

    • Distance

    • Duration

    • Calories

  5. Start your workout and train towards your goals

  6. Receive notifications when your goals are achieved


🏅 Supported Sports with GARD PRO

You can track a wide variety of sports, including:

Running, cycling, walking, swimming, spinning, yoga, crossfit, rowing, treadmill, aerobics, dancing, football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, field hockey, climbing, table tennis, tennis, badminton, jump rope, and general fitness exercises.


📍 Tip: Ensure Accurate GPS Tracking

If GPS data appears incorrect, adjust your phone settings as follows:

  • Go to Settings > Apps > GloryFitPro

  • Set Location Access to ‘Always allow’

This ensures your routes are recorded accurately during activities.
