🧭 Introduction
Welcome to your GARD PRO Ultra 2+ – a powerful smartwatch designed for performance, health monitoring, and communication. This manual guides you through setup, connectivity, and every key function in clear, actionable steps.
📲 Getting Started
1. App Installation
Download the GloryFit app via QR code or directly from the App Store / Google Play.
Device requirements: iOS 9.0+ or Android 4.4+ (Bluetooth 5.3 supported).
2. First-Time Connection
Open GloryFit.
Enter your email and tap “Get Captcha” to receive a 5-digit code.
Enter code > tap “Login”.
Tap “Ignore” on the background activity info screen.
Fill in the required profile info and tap “>”.
Tap “Select Device”, choose Ultra 2+, and follow on-screen steps.
GloryFit saves the Bluetooth address automatically after pairing.
📞 Bluetooth & Contact Sync
Grant access to your contacts when prompted.
To sync contacts:
GloryFit app → Device → Bluetooth Call → Follow “Sync Contacts” instructions.
(Max 100 contacts)
Reconnecting after disconnection:
Phone > Settings > Bluetooth → Forget “Gard Pro Ultra 2+”.
Restart phone.
Open GloryFit and repeat pairing steps.
🔋 Power & Display
Turning On/Off
Power On: Hold side button 3s (watch vibrates).
Power Off: Hold button 3s > confirm shutdown.
Screen Settings
Brightness: Swipe down → gear icon → “Bright screen display” → “Screen brightness”.
Screen Timeout: Same menu → “Duration bright screen”.
Always-On Mode: Gear icon > “Screen clock” > select preferred style (note: battery intensive).
Wrist Activation: In app > Device > “Light up” > Enable screen-on-raise.
🧭 Navigation
Swipe Up: Message center
Swipe Down: Control center (settings, brightness, DND, etc.)
Swipe Left: Widgets (steps, heart rate)
Swipe Right: Full menu access
Long Press Home: Switch between 4 default watch faces
🎨 Watch Face Customization
In-app:
GloryFit app > Device > Watch Face
Choose from 100+ designs to download.
On-watch:
Long-press home screen > swipe left/right to switch built-in faces.
🏃 Sports & Fitness
Sports Tracking (100+ Modes)
Swipe right > tap Training
Select activity > 3s countdown begins
To pause: swipe right → pause
To stop: tap red Stop button
For GPS tracking:
Start the workout from the app → Sports tab → select activity → start.
(Location must be enabled on your phone)
Step Counter
View on widget panel or app Home > Steps
Adjust step goal in app: Profile > Goal
🔔 Notifications & Calling
Enable Messaging & App Alerts
GloryFit App → Device > App
Toggle apps like WhatsApp, Gmail, Facebook to green.
Enable Calling
GloryFit App → Device > Phone
Toggle both bars to green to enable calling function.
Silent Mode:
Swipe down on the watch > tap moon icon to toggle DND mode.

1. Heart Rate
Swipe to heart icon → auto-measure
In app: enable 24h monitoring under Device > Heart Rate
2. Blood Pressure
Swipe right > Blood Pressure
Auto-measures and displays results
3. SpO₂ (Oxygen)
Swipe right > Bo (blood oxygen)
Remain still during measurement
4. Body Temperature
Swipe right > Body Temp
In app: Device > Body Temperature Settings
Adjust units (°C/°F)
Enable auto-readings
5. Sleep Tracking
Swipe right > Sleep
Enable background permissions
Swipe up in sleep screen to view last night’s stats
🎵 Music & Media
Music Control
Connected phone must be playing music
Control playback (play/pause, next, previous) directly from watch
⏰ Reminders & Tools
Alarms
Swipe right > Alarm Clock > Add new
Also manageable via app (up to 6 alarms)
Breathing Exercise
Swipe right > Breathe Training
Select session type → tap Start
Sedentary Reminder
App > Device > Sedentary Reminder > toggle on & set hours
Find Phone
Swipe right > Find Phone → phone rings
📍 Weather
Automatically updates in background
View forecast via dedicated widget
🆘 SOS Contact
GloryFit app → Device → SOS Contact
Tap Add+ and select emergency contacts
Use SOS function on watch to call saved contact directly
⚠️ Troubleshooting
Inaccurate Readings?
Ensure proper skin contact. Avoid moisture, dirt, and loose fit.
Sleep tracking works best between 21:30 and 12:00.
Bluetooth Issues?
Restart GARD PRO and phone
Forget watch in Bluetooth settings
Reset watch (Settings > Reset)
Re-pair using GloryFit
Still issues? Reinstall the app
