🧰 Introduction

Welcome to the GARD PRO experience! The Health Smartwatch 3 is our most advanced health-focused wearable, featuring a curved display, upgraded sensor technology, and full Bluetooth calling capabilities. This guide will help you set up, use, and make the most of every feature on your GARD PRO Health 3.


📦 What’s in the Box?

  • 1x GARD PRO Health Smartwatch 3

  • 1x Magnetic USB Fast Charging Cable

  • 1x Smartwatch Band

  • 1x Quick Start Guide


🔋 Charging & Power

  • Use only a 5V 1A or 5V 2A adapter (no fast chargers).

  • Connect the magnetic charger to the watch’s back.

  • Full charge takes approx. 3 hours.

  • Power on: Hold side button for 3 seconds.

  • Power off: Swipe down > Gear icon > Power Off.

📱 Pairing with GloryFit Pro App

  1. Download "GloryFitPro" from App Store or Google Play.

  2. Open the app and enter your email.

  3. Tap "Get Captcha" and input the 5-digit code from your email.

  4. Tap "Login."

  5. Tap "Select Device" > Choose GARD PRO Health 3.

  6. Grant permissions (Bluetooth, Location, Notifications).

  7. Pairing completes when your watch’s Bluetooth address shows connected.


🏠 Watch Navigation

  • Swipe Up: Notifications

  • Swipe Down: Quick settings (brightness, DND, power)

  • Swipe Left/Right: Health and activity widgets

  • Long Press on Home Screen: Change watch face


🩺 Health Features

1. Heart Rate

  • Manual: Swipe right > Tap Heart Rate icon

  • Auto: In app > Device > Heart Rate > Enable automatic tracking

2. Blood Pressure

  • Manual only: Swipe right > Tap Blood Pressure

  • Keep arm still and relaxed

3. SpO2 (Blood Oxygen)

  • Swipe right > Tap SpO2

  • Stay still while it measures (~30 seconds)

4. Body Temperature

  • Auto only: Enable in GloryFitPro > Device > Body Temperature

  • No manual readings from watch

5. Sleep Monitoring

  • Ensure the GloryFitPro app is running in the background

  • Tap “Sleep” on your watch at bedtime

  • Data shows next morning in-app under "Sleep"

Note: Enable background activity on your phone for best accuracy.


🏃 Sports & GPS Tracking

Start on Watch:

  1. Press side button > Tap "Sports"

  2. Choose an activity (e.g., Running, Yoga)

  3. Tap play to start tracking

  4. Swipe right > Tap stop to end

Start in App (with GPS):

  1. Open GloryFitPro > Tap "Sport"

  2. Add favorite sports (max 4)

  3. Tap "GO" to start

  4. Your phone’s GPS will track the route

For accurate GPS: Set GloryFitPro's location access to "Always Allow".

View Data:

  • In app > Tap "Sport" > Select session

  • Tap center screen to view route, stats, graphs


🛎 Notifications & Messaging

  1. Open GloryFitPro > Device > App or App Reminder

  2. Enable apps like WhatsApp, Facebook, SMS

  3. Grant all notification permissions on your phone

  4. Watch can store up to 8 recent messages


☎️ Bluetooth Calling

To Enable:

  1. In GloryFitPro > Device > Enable "Bluetooth Call"

  2. A second Bluetooth connection will appear on your phone

  3. Pair it manually (named "Audio_XXXX")

To Use:

  • Tap Call icon > Dial or access call history

  • Use built-in speaker and mic to talk


🛌 NFC Feature

Available on Health 3 and Ultra 2+

  • Works for access control, not payment

  • Add entry systems using keypad or card scanners

  • Stores up to 3 access credentials

Set Up NFC:

  • Ensure watch isn’t in workout mode

  • Follow instructions based on your door system


🧛️ Wellness Tools

  • Breathing Training: Tap Breathing icon, follow animation

  • Menstrual Cycle Tracking: App > Profile > Cycle Info

  • Sedentary Alert: App > Device > Set interval & schedule


⚙️ Watch Settings

  • Brightness: Swipe down > Tap bulb icon

  • Watch Faces: Long-press home screen or change in app

  • Reset: Swipe down > Gear icon > Reset


🔎 Troubleshooting

  • Bluetooth Issues: Restart watch & phone. Re-pair through GloryFitPro.

  • Notifications: Re-check app permissions and GloryFitPro settings.

  • Call Issues: Ensure second Bluetooth channel is connected.

  • No GPS route: Start workout from app, not watch.
