All GARD PRO smartwatches are built to withstand everyday contact with water. Whether you're working out, swimming, or caught in the rain — your smartwatch can handle it. However, it’s important to note the depth ratings vary by model.

🩺 Health Series – Water-resistant up to 1 meter

Health Series models are tested and certified to withstand depths of up to 1 meter, making them suitable for:

Swimming in shallow water
Showering
Wearing during rain or sweat-intensive workouts

⚠️ We do not recommend full submersion for extended periods or deep-water activities like diving.

⛰️ Ultra Series – Water-resistant up to 2 meters

The Ultra Series offers enhanced water resistance and is tested for use up to 2 meters deep for a maximum of 30 minutes, making it ideal for:

Swimming sessions
Snorkeling
Recreational water sports

Whether you're relaxing poolside or training in open water, your Ultra Series smartwatch is built to keep up.

🧼 Drying After Water Exposure

After any water activity, it’s important to thoroughly dry your GARD PRO smartwatch — especially around the watch case and strap. This prevents moisture buildup and helps prolong the lifespan of your device.

⚠️ Sauna & Saltwater Use

We strongly recommend avoiding:

Saunas or steam rooms: Extreme heat may damage the waterproof seals
Saltwater (e.g., the sea): Salt can corrode metal components and affect sensor performance

Planning to swim in the ocean? Rinse your watch with clean water immediately afterward and dry it carefully.

🛡️ Warranty & Water Damage

While all models are water-resistant, water damage is not covered under the standard GARD PRO warranty.

If you plan to use your smartwatch frequently for water activities, we recommend purchasing the GARD PRO Protection Plan, which does include coverage for water damage. That way, you can enjoy your adventures with total peace of mind.
