Returning an item? We understand you're eager to know when your return will be handled and when you can expect your refund.
🔄 Return Processing Timeline
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy. We check the following:
The item is unused and undamaged
It’s returned in the original packaging
All included accessories are present
🕐 When Do We Process Returns?
We process returns on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings every week.
How it works:
If your return arrives early in the week (Monday–Thursday morning), it is likely to be processed that same week.
If your return arrives Friday afternoon, it will be processed the following week during our next return cycle.
⏱️ Please allow a few business days for inspection and processing after we’ve received your package.
💳 When Will I Be Refunded?
After your return has been approved:
Your refund will be issued within 1–3 business days
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated
Refunds are made to the original payment method
Note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
