Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy. We check the following:

• The item is unused and undamaged

• It’s returned in the original packaging

• All included accessories are present

🕐 When Do We Process Returns?

We process returns on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings every week.

How it works:

• If your return arrives early in the week (Monday–Thursday morning), it is likely to be processed that same week.

• If your return arrives Friday afternoon, it will be processed the following week during our next return cycle.

⏱️ Please allow a few business days for inspection and processing after we’ve received your package.

💳 When Will I Be Refunded?

After your return has been approved:

• Your refund will be issued within 1–3 business days

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated

• Refunds are made to the original payment method
